To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items and customized products.

Refund Process

  3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
